1. What this policy covers
Cookies and similar technologies can store information on, or access information from, a device. This policy explains how the ATC website currently uses these technologies and how future analytics will be managed.
2. Current use
As at the date of this policy, the ATC website does not deliberately set non-essential cookies for analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking or personalisation. Hosting and security infrastructure may use short-lived technical identifiers where strictly necessary to deliver pages, maintain security or remember a privacy choice. These are not used for marketing.
3. Cookie categories
| Strictly necessary | Website delivery, security, network management and recording privacy choices; may be used where technically required and exempt from consent |
| Analytics | Understanding page use, referral sources and performance in aggregate; not currently enabled |
| Functional | Remembering non-essential preferences or enhanced functions; not currently enabled |
| Marketing and advertising | Campaign measurement, audience creation or cross-site tracking; not used |
4. Future analytics
ATC plans to use an analytics tool in future, but no provider has yet been selected or enabled. Before activation, we will update this policy with the provider, technologies, purposes and durations, and obtain valid consent before setting or accessing non-essential technologies where required. Refusing analytics will not prevent use of the core website.
5. Managing cookies
If technologies requiring consent are introduced, website controls will allow you to accept, reject or withdraw consent. You may also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect some website functions.
6. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to info@atcinitiative.com. We will update this page when our technology configuration or legal obligations change.
